Description

El objeto del presente expediente es la contratación del dispositivo habitual de extinción de incendios forestales que el MITECO dispone desde hace años para apoyar a las CCAA en la materia, con las siguientes mejoras: * Por un lado, se amplían los periodos de contratación, con el fin de dar cumplimiento al mandato dado por el Real Decreto-ley 15/2022, de 1 de agosto, por el que se adoptan medidas urgentes en materia de incendios forestales, teniendo en cuenta las disponibilidades presupuestarias existentes a fecha de redacción de esta memoria. * Por otro lado, se sustituyen los helicópteros bombarderos pesados tipo Kamov, no disponibles como consecuencia de la invasión rusa de Ucrania, por otros medios aéreos alternativos adaptados a las condiciones operativas y normativas de nuestro territorio Servicios con aviones anfibios de capacidad media.
