Description

El objeto de este contrato es la prestación de los servicios necesarios para llevar a cabo exposiciones de arte por parte del área de Turismo, Cultura, Deportes y Coordinación Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Palma en el Casal Solleric, Can Balaguer y en general, en cualquier otro edificio o espacio municipal. la recogida, embalaje si procede, carga, transporte, entrega y desembalaje en el espacio expositivo correspondiente, de los bienes culturales y de otros materiales a exponer; y el montaje de las obras, así como el desmontaje, reembalaje si procede, carga, transporte y devolución al espacio que se determine al finalizar la muestra; Todas los trabajos indicados en el pliego técnico para el montaje y desmontaje de instalaciones audiovisuales; Diseño gráfico de los elementos de difusión y sala de las exposiciones llevadas a cabo en las sedes expositivas del Ayuntamiento de Palma y, excepcionalmente en la calle; Los trabajos necesarios indicados en los Pliegos Técnicos para realizar la producción gráfica; Fotografiar los objetos artístico - culturales, principalmente obras de arte contemporáneo en su contexto expositivo y con detalle entregando archivos de baja resolución por visualización y de alta resolución para publicaciones o impresiones de gran formato. También se deberá documentar inauguraciones, o eventos fotográficamente.; Impresión offset o digital de los tipos de material indicados en los Pliegos Técnicos; Para conseguir la activación de las exposiciones de los espacios expositivos municipales se hace necesario contar con un servicio de mediación, el cual debe ejecutar los programas educativos de los centros, en cualquier formato (visitas dialogadas, talleres, etc.)
