Description

La explotación de esta instalación se hará por medio de concesión administrativa para la ocupación del dominio público, con las particularidades y reservas reseñadas con anterioridad, y la autorización para la prestación de los siguientes servicios, conforme a la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de puertos de las Illes Balears: a) Amarre, desamarre y botadura de embarcaciones. b) Muelle de espera y superficie de amarre para embarcaciones transeúntes. c) Balizamiento. d) Medios de izada de las embarcaciones y de reparación. e) Suministro de carburante. f) Servicio de radio-comunicación y servicio telefónico, telemático y VHF, y también de información meteorológica. g) Equipo de intervención rápida de extinción de incendios y de control de vertidos. h) Recogida y tratamiento de basuras y sistemas de depuración de aguas residuales. i) Sistema de bombeo y almacenaje que permita la extracción de las aguas aceitosas de las sentinas de las embarcaciones y sistema de filtrado y decantación de las aguas procedentes de las áreas donde se realizan actividades potencialmente contaminantes. j) Sistema de bombeo, tratamiento y/o evacuación de las aguas grises y residuales de las embarcaciones. k) Sistema de almacenaje cubierto. l) Edificio social. m) Sistema higiénico sanitario. n) Servicio de suministro de hielo. o) Instalaciones aptas para la enseñanza náutica y la práctica de actividades vinculadas a los puertos. p) Equipo de apoyo para salvamento marítimo. q) Accesos aptos para discapacitados. r) Sistema de gestión de calidad ambiental. s) Capitanía del puerto. t) Plan de emergencias y seguridad. u) Servicio de rampa para embarcaciones a remolque. v) Embarque y desembarque
