El objeto del concurso es seleccionar una oferta para el posterior otorgamiento de una concesión administrativa de ocupación de dominio público portuario para la implantación de un centro empresarial de tecnología e innovación destinado a emprendimiento, oficinas, formaciones y eventos en la NAVE EFO 16 de la Marina de Valencia, al amparo de lo establecido en el artículo 86 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Puertos del Estado y de la Marina Mercante, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2011, de 5 de septiembre, y demás disposiciones que resulten de aplicación. El objeto del concurso es seleccionar una oferta para el posterior otorgamiento de una concesión administrativa de ocupación de dominio público portuario para la implantación de un centro empresarial de tecnología e innovación destinado a emprendimiento, oficinas, formaciones y eventos en la NAVE EFO 16 de la Marina de Valencia, por un plazo de QUINCE (15) AÑOS. Ámbito espacial: Se pone a disposición del concesionario la Base EFO 16, según plano anexo al Pliego de Bases. Se trata de una edificación aislada, ubicada en el Muelle Estación 2 de la Marina de Valencia, cuya fachada principal se sitúa paralela a la línea de costa.
