La Autoridad Portuaria de Tarragona convoca concurso público con el objeto de seleccionar la mejor oferta para la posterior tramitación y otorgamiento de una concesión administrativa destinada a la construcción y explotación de una terminal polivalente abierta al uso general anexa al muelle Andalucía, en el Puerto de Tarragona, con vocación intermodal e integración ferroviaria, a tal efecto, se posibilita incluir en el mismo título la concesión y la explotación de la terminal ferroportuaria anexa de La Boella. En esta concesión se prestarán como actividades principales, el servicio portuario de manipulación de mercancías y el servicio comercial de manipulación de mercancías.
