Condiciones mínimas que debe regir la contratación de los servicios previstos en cada uno de los lotes en los que se divide el presente contrato, todos ellos referentes al complejo deportivo sito en Agones, Pravia. El objeto del contrato va a ser, por tanto, el suministro y mantenimiento de este tipo de software y de otros elementos asociados.; Las funciones a realizar serán las de servicio de socorrismo, monitoreo de cursillos de natación y control de accesos por el portero recepcionista, incluyendo los servicios de conserjería y recepción, atención telefónica, atención al público, control de llaves dentro de la instalación deportiva.; Prestación de los servicios de mantenimiento de la piscina climatizada y de las piscinas exteriores de verano sitas todas ellas en el complejo deportivo sito en Agones, Pravia. El adjudicatario deberá velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa en vigor en materia de seguridad y salud e higiene que le corresponda como prestatario del servicio.
