El objeto del contrato es la gestión del servicio público y la explotación integral, en modalidad de concesión, de los 8 complejos acuáticos municipales, detallados en el Anexo Nº 1 del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT), de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en el PCAP y en el citado PPT, así como de cualquier otra piscina municipal, tanto de verano como climatizada, que el Ayuntamiento de Salamanca decidiera adscribir a la presente concesión.
