Description

Prestación de servicios para la organización y ejecución de eventos institucionales y de comunicación sostenibles promovidos por la Fundación Biodiversidad (FB), tanto en el ámbito nacional como, de forma excepcional, en territorio internacional, cuando así se determine expresamente por la FB.El contrato se estructura en dos lotes independientes, con el fin de optimizar la gestión y permitir la participación de empresas especializadas en cada ámbito. Lote 1: Servicios de gestión integral de eventos. Lote 2: Servicios de apoyo al networking y dinamización relacional de eventos Prestación de servicios profesionales para la planificación, organización, producción, coordinación, logística y evaluación de eventos institucionales, en formato presencial, híbrido u online, desarrollados principalmente en el territorio nacional y, de forma excepcional, en el extranjero cuando la FB así lo requiera.; Prestación de servicios de apoyo al networking, hospitalidad y restauración sostenible en eventos promovidos por la FB y que por tanto no requieren la realización “técnica” de los mismos, tanto en los actos organizados directamente por la FB y desarrollados con medios propios o en aquellos realizados en espacios cedidos o contratados, principalmente en territorio nacional y, de manera puntual, en el ámbito internacional.
