El objeto del presente contrato es la concesión de servicios para la gestión y explotación del Centro Deportivo Municipal “FÚCAR”, que se encuentra situado dentro del complejo urbanístico denominado “Centro Multifuncional Fúcar” (en adelante equipamiento municipal), situado en la calle Fúcar, nº 6 y 8 con vuelta a la calle Costanilla de los Desamparados, nº 15 del Distrito de Centro, con una superficie total construida aproximada de 4.475 m2 con las construcciones, dependencias y servicios detallados en el PPT. Asimismo, como uso asociado y complementario al Centro deportivo, estará incluida en la concesión de servicios la Cafetería existente en el mismo, con su correspondiente terraza anexa, y una superficie total construida de 180 m2 aproximadamente. Se considera uso complementario por cuanto no es una actividad independiente, pues su finalidad es la satisfacción de las necesidades de los usuarios y acompañantes de los mismos en el Centro Deportivo.
