Description

El objeto del presente pliego es la contratación de la gestión y explotación del servicio público de Guardería municipal El Patufet y de los casales de niños en período no lectivo del municipio de Guissona, con la utilización de los bienes de dominio público afectos al equipamiento municipal y descritos en los pliegos que rigen la presente licitación, mediante un contrato de servicios. Los objetivos específicos del funcionamiento de la guardería municipal y los casals de Guissona son: El servicio escolar en horario lectivo, El servicio de comedor escolar, El servicio de acogida y permanencia por la mañana y por la tarde, El servicio de los casales en período no lectivo, Los servicios generales de limpieza, La gestión administrativa ordinaria del centro vinculada a la asistencia y al uso de los diferentes servicios, así como el apoyo administrativo en las tareas asociadas al proceso de admisión, preinscripción y matriculación, la preparación de la documentación para la confección de los recibos, la atención y tramitación de dudas, consultas o incidencias por parte de las familias, y la colaboración con el Ayuntamiento en el desarrollo de los procedimientos de Niños como de los casals, de acuerdo con las instrucciones y criterios establecidos por el Ayuntamiento.
