Procedimiento para la adjudicación mediante concesión del servicio público de guardería del Ayuntamiento de Palau-saverdera utilizando procedimiento restringido por tratarse de un contrato previsto en el art.131.2 de la Ley 9/2017, de Contratos del Sector Público. El objeto del presente contrato es la concesión del servicio público municipal de la guardería “La Muntanyeta”, ubicada en c/ Bruselas-Mas Oliva, 0, 17495, Palau-saverdera, así como la explotación de las instalaciones de dicho centro para la ejecución de los servicios adscritos a la guardería, como el servicio de acogida, comedor y casal de verano para niños y niñas de entre 4 meses y 3 años.
