El acuerdo marco tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio para la realización de estudios de opinión mediante encuestas telefónicas y mixtas y encuestas on line para la Fundación Centro de Estudios Andaluces. Se entiende por tales a aquellos estudios que están basados en encuestas en las que la opinión de las personas entrevistadas la recogen los encuestadores, a través del teléfono fijo o móvil o por correo electrónico o combinado ambos métodos, mediante un cuestionario estructurado, de una muestra representativa del total de la población que se quiere estudiar. 1.
