El acuerdo marco tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio para la realización de estudios de opinión mediante encuestas telefónicas y mixtas y encuestas on line para la Fundación Centro de Estudios Andaluces. Se entiende por tales a aquellos estudios que están basados en encuestas en las que la opinión de las personas entrevistadas la recogen los encuestadores, a través del teléfono fijo o móvil o por correo electrónico o combinado ambos métodos, mediante un cuestionario estructurado, de una muestra representativa del total de la población que se quiere estudiar. 1. Encuesta online (CAWI) 2. Gestión de incentivos por participación en encuestas online 3. Encuesta telefónica tipo A (PBEtA) (fijos) 4. Encuesta telefónica tipo B (PBEtB) (móviles) 5. Encuesta presencial 6. Diseño y elaboración de la muestra (PDM) 7. Análisis Multivariantes (PAM) 8. Informe descriptivo de resultados (PID) 9. Informe en profundidad de resultados (PIP)
