El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación del Servicio Integral de Prevención y Control de Plagas en el término municipal de Majadahonda, conforme al Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT), en ejercicio de la competencia municipal en materia de protección de la salubridad pública prevista en el artículo 25.2.j) de la Ley 7/2013, de 27 de diciembre, de racionalización y sostenibilidad de la Administración Local que comprende como mínimo y de modo resumido las siguientes actuaciones: 1.- Control de roedores (incluyendo Rattus rattus - rata negra), insectos, artrópodos vectores (Aedes albopictus - mosquito tigre, garrapatas Hyalomma), focos de avispas y microrganismos patógenos. 2.- Actuaciones en red de saneamiento, 6.671 pozos aproximados, imbornales, alumbrado público, edificios municipales, parques y espacios públicos, otros 3.- Intervenciones ordinarias anuales, atención de avisos en 48h (urgentes en 4h), campañas específicas, diagnóstico inicial, 10 acciones formativas anuales y vigilancia epidemiológica de Aedes albopictus y Rattus rattus - rata negra 4.- Elaboración de Informes otros documentos, reuniones Queda excluido del ámbito del presente contrato, por sus especiales implicaciones medio ambientales, posibles especies plaga de aves, tales como palomas, cotorras argentinas o cotorras de Kramer, así como los tratamientos fitosanitarios para prevenir o controlar plagas en especies vegetales. Los procedimientos empleados deberán estar basados en los principios del Control Integrado de Plagas recogidos en la Norma UNE-EN 16636:2015 sobre Servicios de Gestión de Plagas. Requisitos y Competencias, con el objeto de minimizar los riesgos que su presencia pueda suponer para la Salubridad Pública. En caso de persistencia del foco, el tratamiento deberá repetirse hasta su total eliminación o control, sin cargo para el Ayuntamiento.
