Se considera necesaria la evolución de este SIRhUS a un nuevo paradigma de arquitectura tecnológica que permita mejorar de forma sustancial la accesibilidad, la usabilidad y la seguridad del sistema. Con objeto de abundar en las necesidades a cubrir con la presente contratación, se detallan las tareas funcionales y técnicas principales: • Labores de análisis y consultoría para detectar y abordar las necesidades de mejora en diseño, homogeneización, ampliación y mejora de funcionalidades y servicios, con el objetivo de mejorar significativamente la usabilidad, fomentar una experiencia de usuario más eficiente y aumentar la productividad. • Tareas de desarrollo de software para la definición e implementación de una arquitectura optimizada y un marco de trabajo robusto, que incorpore medidas de seguridad avanzadas, garantizando la cobertura funcional y normativa, así como la capacidad de adaptación ágil a las necesidades del ecosistema de Recursos Humanos de la Administración General de la Junta de Andalucía.
