Description

Con fecha 19.12.2022 RTVE y la sociedad COLT Technology Services, S.A.U., suscribieron el contrato relativo a servicio de Accesos a Internet del Sistema de Contribución Lote 1 en el acceso de Internet de Torrespaña. La referencia del expediente es S-06449-2022 Lote 1, y con número de contrato 2022/006656, que se tramitó por el procedimiento general (concurso abierto). La duración del servicio está fijada en ese contrato por un período de tres años, desde el 10.02.2023, con posibilidad de prórroga por dos años más en períodos anuales. Por tanto, dado que el próximo 09.02.2026 finaliza dicho contrato y puesto que el servicio se está prestando de acuerdo al Pliego de Condiciones Técnicas y Generales del expediente referido, con plena satisfacción para RTVE, se solicita la prórroga permitida de un año para dar servicio desde el 10.02.2026 al 09.02.2027.
