El objeto del presente expediente es proveer de servicios profesionales expertos y soporte especializado para cubrir la ingeniería de evolución de los sistemas que gestiona la División de Automatización hacia los objetivos del Plan Empresarial 2027-2030 en coherencia con los objetivos del Plan Estratégico y con los retos europeos marcados por el reglamento CP1 (UE) 2021/116 que incluye cambios esenciales identificados para el Plan Maestro Europeo ATM para los sistemas ATM así como con los futuros Common Projects (CP2). Estas actividades tendrán carácter estable y regular, desarrollándose de forma continuada a lo largo del periodo de la prestación del servicio y deberán garantizar que la evolución de las funciones ATC de SACTA sea coherente con: European ATM Master Plan, SES, CP1 y los futuros Common Projects (CP2). Los áreas y sistemas objeto del servicio son SACTA-iTEC 4, SACTA-iTEC 5, COMETA, infraestructuras de comunicaciones y despliegue. La ejecución del presente expediente constituye el refuerzo y ampliación de los servicios necesarios para poder realizar incrementos funcionales mayores en menores plazos en el contexto de Sistemas ATM, en los ámbitos de: Vigilancia, multilateración, ADS-B, ADS-C. Arquitectura, supervisión y middleware de sistema ATM. GEODESYS Sistema Datos de adaptación de Entorno ATM. Posición de control ATC del sistema ATM. Comunicaciones de los sistemas ATM. Sistemas comunicaciones Voz ATC. Instalación y Despliegues de infraestructuras críticas. Simulación dinámica para entrenamiento y verificación de sistemas. Sistemas de Torre, Remota y Virtual. Metodología, aseguramiento del SW, ingeniería safety, aplicación de reglamentación.
