Description

Las prestaciones incluyen la atención integral de consultas, la aplicación de protocolos de atención, su elaboración, actualización y mantenimiento por parte de la empresa adjudicataria, así como la orientación al ciudadano hacia otros organismos cuando las consultas no sean competencia del Ministerio. Asimismo, el servicio deberá garantizar una atención homogénea y de calidad, conforme a los procedimientos validados por la Subdirección General de Asuntos Generales y Contratación, asegurando una correcta identificación del personal y una imagen adecuada de la Administración General del Estado. Este servicio se complementa con el teléfono de atención ciudadana 047, que ha puesto en marcha el Ministerio de Vivienda y Agenda Urbana con la finalidad de ofrecer información, orientación y acompañamiento en cuestiones relacionadas con el acceso, la rehabilitación, el alquiler y los programas de ayuda a la vivienda.
