La presente licitación tiene por objeto la prestación de servicios de asistencia técnica para el desarrollo íntegro de los trabajos de Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE) a las empresas o servicios, contratados por la DG CESTIC, para el cumplimiento del artículo 24 de la Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y todos los Reales Decretos y normas técnicas publicadas y en vigor, en las instalaciones del CESTIC. Cuando en un mismo centro de trabajo se desarrollen actividades trabajadoras de dos o más empresas o servicios, éstas deberán cooperar en la aplicación de la normativa sobre prevención de riesgos laborales. A tal fin, establecerán los medios de coordinación que sean necesarios en cuanto a la protección y prevención de riesgos laborales y la información sobre los mismos a sus respectivos trabajadores, en los términos previstos en el apartado 1 del artículo 18 de la LPRL.
