Description

En el desarrollo de los trabajos a llevar a cabo de acuerdo con el CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS DE APOYO EN LA REVISIÓN DE DOCUMENTOS TÉCNICOS DE LA CONFEDERACIÓN HIDROGRÁFICA DEL JÚCAR, con Clave: FP.800.155/0411 (2025DT4ST00052), se deberá cumplir lo previsto en la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público y restante normativa derivada aplicable. Previa a la aprobación de los proyectos tramitados en la Confederación Hidrográfica del Júcar se debe realizar una revisión de los mismos que ayuda a evitar errores, sobrecostes y retrasos, así como en proyectos modificados, obras complementarias, certificaciones finales y liquidaciones. Con objeto de prestar la debida revisión a los expedientes que se pretenden llevar a cabo y los ya en curso, y dada la insuficiencia de medios propios de los que dispone actualmente la Dirección Técnica, y más concretamente la oficina de supervisión, se advierte la imposibilidad de acometer con recursos propios la revisión de documentación técnica y en consecuencia, resulta preceptiva la contratación de servicios externos de ingeniería a través de empresas consultoras especializadas para el apoyo de estas tareas.
