Description

Constituye el objeto del contrato la prestación de un servicio técnico especializado para la dirección, coordinación e implantación del Hub de Innovación y Digitalización Avanzada (Blockchain/IoT) del sector cárnico de Segovia. El servicio abarcará toda su cadena de valor e integrará soluciones de investigación aplicada en sistemas de envasado, gestión de desechos (economía circular) y nutrición mediante piensos de precisión, garantizando la transferencia de conocimiento de centros tecnológicos (ITACYL y Universidades) y la gestión del talento especializado en el sector empresarial, dentro del marco del Plan de Fomento Territorial (PFT). La prestación del servicio se ha desglosado en los diferentes trabajos a realizar (work packages) con objeto de contar con una mejor atribución de recursos y tiempos, asegurando que cada parte esté claramente definida y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos del proyecto, siendo su resumen el siguiente: - Gobernanza para la Transferencia Tecnológica y el desarrollo de talento. - Investigación aplicada y desarrollo de soluciones en el sector.. - Transformación digital y trazabilidad avanzada. - Transferencia de resultados Marketing Territorial y posicionamiento. La definición de los paquetes tecnológicos es la siguiente: - Nutrición y Sostenibilidad. - Sanidad y Bienestar. - Transformación y Packaging - Digitalización y Consumidor Este objeto es el idóneo para realizar los servicios de competencia provincial, de conformidad con el Art.36.1 letras c) y d) de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril de Bases del Régimen Local, y por este medio dar cumplimiento a los fines institucionales de esta entidad local.
