Description

El objeto del contrato es el "servicio de mantenimiento correctivo, adaptativo y evolutivo del Backoffice Intur, así como eldesarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades y nuevos procedimientos en el sistema de información turística de Canarias", con el fin deasegurar la continuidad y evolución de la arquitectura tecnológica actual, adaptar el sistema de información a la normativaturística vigente, de seguridad y de protección de datos, a los cambios tecnológicos de la infraestructura corporativa sobre laque se encuentra instalado el sistema de información y a las nuevas posibilidades que ofrecen las redes telemáticas y losdispositivos móviles actuales. Es necesaria también la asistencia técnica ante las posibles incidencias que pudieran surgir, asícomo asegurar el mantenimiento correctivo, adaptativo y evolutivo de todos los procedimientos de la Consejería de Turismo yEmpleo.No procede la división en lotes del objeto del contrato, ya que tal división dificultaría la correcta ejecución del contrato desdeel punto de vista técnico.
