España - Servicios de centros de día - El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación del servicio para la gestión integral de 30 plazas en Centros de Día para personas mayores en situación de dependencia o necesidades socio-sanitarias, en centros de iniciativa privada destinados a la prestación de este tipo de servicio, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los pliegos de condiciones que rigen la presente licitación.

Description

La gestión comprenderá la atención directa e indirecta de todos aquellos factores que intervienen en la atención integral de las personas mayores dependientes usuarias del Centro de Día, tal y como establece la normativa actual, Ley 3/2019, de 18 de febrero de Servicios Sociales Inclusivos de la Comunitat Valenciana, el Decreto 27/2023, de 10 de marzo (modificada por el Decreto 51/2024, de 29 de abril, del Consell), por el que se regulan la tipología y el funcionamiento de los centros, servicio y programas de servicios sociales, y su ordenación dentro de estructura funcional, territorial y competencial del Sistema Público Valenciano de Servicios Sociales y el Decreto 51/2024, de 29 de abril, del Consell, por el que se modifica el Decreto anterior. 10 plazas/día, preferiblemente, en la demarcación territorial de los C.M.S.S. de Olivereta, Patraix, Campanar y San Marcel.li.; 10 plazas/día, preferiblemente, en la demarcación territorial de los C.M.S.S. de Quatre Carreres, Trafalgar, Malvarrosa, Cabaña, y Nazaret
