Description

El objeto del presente contrato es regular las condiciones técnicas por las que habrá de regirse la prestación del servicio de comedor y cafetería de los Centros Municipales de Mayores con productos de comercio justo. La puesta en marcha de la cafetería-comedor dada las características propias del servicio, como la existencia de precios máximos estipulados o la escasa demanda, imposibilitan acciones empresariales que permitan una adecuada explotación. Por esta razón, se tramita el actual contrato de servicios con prestaciones directas a la ciudadanía, en el que se prevé una aportación económica en función de los ingresos y gastos previstos, tal y como queda reflejado en el estudio económico que se adjunta al expediente.
