Description

El objeto de este contrato lo constituyen el servicio de alimentación a pacientes y personal de guardia/autorizados, y la concesión del servicio de la cafetería/comedor para el público/personal del Hospital del Salnés, centro perteneciente al Área Sanitaria de Pontevedra y O Salnés (en adelante ASPS). Se trata de servicios necesarios para el cumplimiento de los fines institucionales del ASPS. Este servicio abarcará las siguientes facetas o secciones del proceso: el aprovisionamiento de los víveres necesarios para la elaboración de los menús; la preparación y cocinado de los menús para las distintas ingestas; el emplatado, distribución de los menús y posterior recogida en planta; la limpieza y mantenimiento de instalaciones, locales y equipos específicos; el lavado y la desinfección completo de vajillas, bandejas, carros de distribución, etc; la distribución y entrega de alimentos complementarios (“suplementos/extras”); la reposición de la vajilla/menaje deteriorado; y la elaboración y distribución de los menús al personal de guardia.
