La presente licitación tiene por objeto, asistir y resolver consultas o problemas de los usuarios relacionados con su equipo de trabajo (PC, impresoras, dispositivos móviles, telefonía IP, etc.), con las aplicaciones y servicios corporativos y específicos que usan en el desempeño de su función a través de diferentes canales de comunicación ofreciendo una atención personalizada y colaborativa, dar apoyo a una serie de procesos asociados con la operación y explotación de los sistemas alojados en los CPD's existentes en la sede, así como on-site a los usuarios y a la totalidad de los dispositivos (PC, impresoras, dispositivos móviles, telefonía IP, etc.), garantizar el aseguramiento de la calidad sobre la base de unos acuerdos de nivel de servicio comprometidos por el adjudicatario y un esquema de penalizaciones asociado.
