Description

la prestación del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en el municipio de Majadahonda (en adelante SAD), de acuerdo con las condiciones que se establecen en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. La Ayuda a Domicilio tiene como objetivo prevenir situaciones de crisis personal y familiar, prestando una serie de actuaciones de caracter doméstico, social, de apoyo psicologico y rehabilitador a los individuos o familiares que se hallen en situaciones de especial necesidad, para facilitar la autonomía personal en el medio habitual. Constituye, por tanto, la Ayuda a Domicilio una prestación que implica una acción interdisciplinar con el fin de procurar una atención global e integral a los usuarios y/o familias En esta línea se trata de: a) Evitar el deterioro de las condiciones de vida de estos núcleos familiares. b) Evitar situaciones de riesgo en la realización de las actividades básicas de la vida diaria. c) Apoyar la organización familiar evitando, en lo posible, el desencadenamiento de situaciones críticas que puedan concluir en medidas no deseadas d) Aumentar la autonomía personal y facilitar así la integración en el medio habitual de los destinatarios
