El objeto del contrato comprende el servicio de apoyo social y asesoramiento jurídico específico en materia de vivienda y la puesta a disposición de alojamientos temporales en viviendas compartidas acompañado de un proyecto individualizado de intervención social, destinado a aquellas personas y/o familias que presentan problemas con su vivienda habitual o se encuentran en situación de vulnerabilidad residencial.A través de este servicio, se prestará apoyo a las profesionales que integran las Unidades de Trabajo Social de los Centros de Servicios Sociales, en adelante CSS, del distrito en la atención de las personas que demanden problemas con la vivienda o situaciones de vulnerabilidad residencial, debido a la pérdida o precariedad en la vivienda en la que se encuentran y necesiten un apoyo social, asesoramiento jurídico y/o valoración para el acceso a alojamientos temporales que componen el servicio, proporcionando así el soporte profesional, técnico y, si procede, el alojamiento.
