The Universitat Politècnica de València intends to build a four-storey building on its Vera campus, on a plot facing the José Saramago promenade, to house the heavy laboratories of Hydraulic Engineering and Port Engineering, as well as the premises of the Water and Environmental Engineering Institute. Before the construction works can be tendered, a basic and execution project is required. This tender therefore covers the preparation of that basic and execution project, including all documents required under the Spanish Public Sector Contracts Law.
