Description

O presente contrato, que desenvolve a proposta gañadora do concurso de proxectos (LU-2024-UI8-CP), con intervención de xurado, ten por obxecto a contratación dos seguintes servizos: • redacción do plan especial de ordenación da URPI-55 do PXOM de Lugo; • redacción do proxecto e dirección das obras de rehabilitación do pazo de dona Urraca, edificacións números 19 e 21 da rúa Miño e edificios números 16 e 18 da rúa Falcón; • redacción dos proxectos e dirección das obras de urbanización e das novas edificacións previstas. Redacción do Plan Especial de Ordenación da URPI-55 do PXOM de Lugo; Redacción do Proxecto e Dirección das Obras de Rehabilitación do Pazo de Dona Urraca, Edificacións Números 19 E 21 da Rúa Miño e Edificios Números 16 E 18 da Rúa Falcón; Redacción dos proxectos e dirección das obras de urbanización e das novas edificacións previstas
