Description

El objeto del contrato consiste en la dirección de obra hasta la certificación final, la coordinación de seguridad y salud, y la asistencia técnica de las obras del contrato de “OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE TRANSPORTES DE LA PLAZA DE CONDE DE CASAL”. Este contrato de servicios tiene el carácter de complementario respecto del contrato principal de “OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE TRANSPORTES DE LA PLAZA DE CONDE DE CASAL. COFINANCIACIÓN CON CARGO AL PROGRAMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID FEDER 2021-2027” por cuanto tiene una relación de dependencia respecto de éste, y los servicios objeto de contrato se consideran necesarios para la correcta realización de las prestaciones del principal SERVICIOS DE DIRECCIÓN DE OBRA Y COORDINACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD DE LAS OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE TRANSPORTES DE LA PLAZA DE CONDE DE CASAL. COFINANCIACIÓN CON CARGO AL PROGRAMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID FEDER 2021-2027; SERVICIOS DE ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA DE LAS OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL INTERCAMBIADOR DE TRANSPORTES DE LA PLAZA DE CONDE DE CASAL. COFINANCIACIÓN CON CARGO AL PROGRAMA DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID FEDER 2021-2027
