El objeto del contrato es el servicio de redacción del proyecto básico y de ejecución, estudio de seguridad y salud, desarrollo de las instalaciones, dirección de obras, dirección de las instalaciones, dirección de ejecución material, coordinación de seguridad y salud, programa de control de calidad y seguimiento de control de calidad de las obras de adecuación y reforma del I.E.S. LAS LAGUNAS de Torrevieja, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente pliego y el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas
