380/2025 El objeto del contrato consiste en el tratamiento archivístico, organización, clasificación y descripción de la documentación finalizada del fondo administrativo, pendiente de ser transferida al archivo, custodiada en dependencias municipales. En concreto, el objeto del contrato comprende las siguientes prestaciones: A. La revisión de los expedientes de eliminación que se proponen sobre la documentación evaluada como de eliminación total y cumplimentación del formulario de comunicación previa a la destrucción de documentación a la CNAATD, si procede. B. La sistematización de la información de los datos del fondo documental evaluado de conservación permanente: - La confección del inventario y el catálogo de los expedientes procesados. - La firma topográfica, la limpieza y la incorporación de la documentación en carpetas y cajas de archivo definitivo. - La correcta instalación al Museo del gas, espacio destinado como depósito de archivo definitivo, de la documentación evaluada de conservación permanente una vez procesada.
