Description

El objeto del acuerdo marco es la prestación, por un máximo de seis Entidades de crédito, de los servicios financieros y bancarios al Ayuntamiento de València, que se especifican en el punto 1 del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Estos servicios comprenden la ejecución exclusiva de todos los cobros y pagos que deba realizar el Ayuntamiento de València y el mantenimiento y custodio de los fondos públicos en cuentas bancarias, así como el pago de los ingresos municipales con tarjeta de crédito o débito, tanto de forma presencial en las dependencias municipales como de forma virtual a través de la web/sede electrónica municipal. Quedan excluidos del objeto del contrato, los pagos e ingresos para cuya ejecución exista un procedimiento específico de obligado cumplimiento para el pagador. En estos casos, la Tesorería del Ayuntamiento de València decidirá la conveniencia de mantener una cuenta bancaria en Entidad de crédito distinta de las adjudicatarias del acuerdo marco a los solos efectos de la realización de los pagos e ingresos afectados por dicho procedimiento específico.
