El objeto del contrato es la actividad arqueológica mediante excavación en extensión, en el solar localizado en calle Brunete, 2 (antigua Tolosa Latour, 2) en Cádiz, así como todas aquellas actuaciones complementarias que fuesen necesarias para su realización. La actividad arqueológica se proyectará y ejecutará conforme al Decreto 168/2003, de 17 de junio por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Actividades Arqueológicas, en adelante RAA, y de las Normas Urbanísticas del vigente PGOU de Cádiz.
