Description

El contrato tendrá por objeto el suministro de vestuario de formación física , hasta las cantidades máximas que se indican a continuación, las cuales tienen carácter estimado y constituyen el límite máximo del contrato, sin que impliquen obligación de consumo total por parte de la SGISE: • Camiseta de manga corta de formación física: 20.000 unidades • Pantalón corto de formación física: 10.000 unidades • Pantalón largo de chándal de formación física: 4.000 unidades • Chaqueta de chándal de formación física: 4.000 unidades No obstante lo anterior, el contrato incorpora un compromiso mínimo de adquisición obligatoria, que la SGISE se compromete a solicitar y adquirir en todo caso durante la vigencia del contrato, siempre que los suministros se ajusten a las condiciones técnicas y contractuales establecidas. Las cantidades mínimas garantizadas, que tienen carácter vinculante y exigible, son las siguientes: • Camiseta de manga corta de formación física: 10.000 unidades • Pantalón corto de formación física: 5.000 unidades • Pantalón largo de chándal de formación física: 2.000 unidades • Chaqueta de chándal de formación física: 2.000 unidades
