El contrato tiene por objeto el suministro de software corporativo en sus distintas modalidades de licenciamiento o suscripción, así como su gestión administrativa asociada, necesario para el normal funcionamiento de los servicios gestionados por la Sociedad Municipal de Aparcamientos de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, S.A. El término software comprende tanto licencias tradicionales como soluciones en modalidad SaaS o equivalentes. El contrato se estructura en cuatro lotes, correspondientes a distintas tipologías de soluciones software, conforme a lo establecido en el apartado 3 del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP) y comprende: el suministro de software en cualquiera de las modalidades admitidas por el fabricante (suscripción, temporal o permanente), cuando resulten necesarias para el cumplimiento del objeto del contrato; y la gestión administrativa necesaria para la activación, renovación o modificación del software, conforme a las condiciones del fabricante Incluye soluciones de presupuestación, diseño, analítica y creación de contenidos.; Incluye certificados cualificados de pertenencia, certificados de sello electrónico, certificados SSL y otros certificados necesarios para los servicios corporativos.; Incluye soluciones de protección de sistemas, gestión de parches, firewall de aplicaciones web y sistemas de backup.; Incluye herramientas de comunicación digital, marketing, colaboración y productividad.
