Description

El objeto del presente contrato consiste en el acceso a una herramienta que preste un servicio de medición del nivel de ciberseguridad nacional para España, mediante la generación de un indicador con actualización continua del citado nivel de ciberseguridad nacional. Dicho nivel de ciberseguridad nacional deberá estar basado en un algoritmo propio del contratista, que evalúe evidencias fiables, contrastadas y de calidad, tanto en volumen como en precisión, correspondientes a un conjunto de factores y/o métricas representativas de la ciberseguridad nacional. Las evidencias utilizadas para la elaboración del indicador deberán ser de titularidad del contratista, no pudiendo proceder de fuentes de acceso gratuito, ni ser compartidas pública o gratuitamente con terceros, incluidos otros organismos o entidades, en la medida en que constituyan un activo esencial del servicio objeto del contrato y formen parte de la prestación retribuida por INCIBE.
