Spain - Software packages and information systems - Framework agreement for the supply of Microsoft software licences and common-use solutions and technical support service

The contracting authority in Spain seeks to approve (homologate) a supplier under a framework agreement for the provision of the full catalogue of Microsoft products and solutions, in any available modality and version, together with a technical support service. The agreement will set conditions for managing requests, incidents, problems and inventory for Microsoft cloud technology, define service levels for online cloud products (Online Services such as 365 users), and establish general rules for awarding and executing future contracts based on this framework, aiming at optimal use of the current IT estate and Microsoft licence prices.
