El objeto de la presente licitación surge por la necesidad de mantener la suscripción de las licencias de la plataforma Salesforce CRM, plataforma digital que permite a Mutua Montañesa ofrecer un Servicio de Atención Centralizado y Especializado a sus Grupos de Interés. La presente contratación se enmarca en la continuidad de actuaciones previamente realizadas por la entidad en relación con el sistema CRM Salesforce, entre las que se incluyen el expediente 2023-002-096 relativo a la implantación de la plataforma, el expediente 2023-003-022 correspondiente al suministro de licencias en vigor actualmente y próximas a su vencimiento, y el contrato de mantenimiento de la plataforma 2024-000085. Mutua Montañesa continúa avanzando en su proceso de digitalización, por lo que resulta imprescindible adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías que implican cambios y nuevos desarrollos con la misión de seguir prestando correcta, eficazmente y con excelencia los servicios encomendados como mutua colaboradora con la Seguridad Social. Los suministros objeto de esta licitación deberán contratarse externamente al no disponer Mutua Montañesa de los medios materiales y personales necesarios para la ejecución de la necesidad a satisfacer puesto que la ejecución de estos debe proporcionarse por empresas del sector habilitadas para ello, que gestionen y comercialicen con este tipo de licenciamiento.
