El presente procedimiento tiene por objeto establecer un Sistema Dinámico de Contratación (en adelante, SDC) para la contratación, mediante procedimientos electrónicos ágiles y flexibles, del suministro de licencias de software, soluciones digitales, plataformas tecnológicas y la prestación de servicios asociados en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), con destino prioritario a los centros educativos públicos dependientes del Departamento de Educación del Gobierno de Navarra. Esta categoría constituye el núcleo funcional del sistema, integrando las soluciones destinadas a proporcionar acceso a herramientas digitales, aplicaciones, plataformas tecnológicas y servicios en la nube que dan soporte directo a la actividad docente, organizativa y de gestión de los centros educativos y del propio Departamento.; Esta categoría agrupa las soluciones orientadas a la provisión, gestión y desarrollo de contenidos digitales y recursos educativos destinados al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Incluye tanto el acceso a materiales educativos en distintos formatos como las plataformas que permiten su distribución, organización y utilización en entornos digitales, así como herramientas que faciliten su integración en los entornos de aprendizaje existentes.; La presente categoría tiene por objeto la contratación de servicios digitales de carácter transversal y especializado, orientados a garantizar el uso efectivo, la sostenibilidad, la evolución y la mejora continua de los servicios digitales del sistema educativo, cuando estos no se encuentren directamente vinculados a una solución o plataforma concreta.; Esta categoría comprende los servicios orientados al diseño, desarrollo, adaptación e integración de soluciones tecnológicas que permitan dar respuesta a necesidades específicas del sistema educativo, así como la evolución continua de los sistemas existentes.; Esta categoría agrupa las soluciones destinadas a la implantación, gestión y operación de las infraestructuras digitales que soportan los servicios TIC del Departamento de Educación, garantizando su funcionamiento, disponibilidad, seguridad y evolución. Incluye los sistemas de infraestructura tecnológica necesarios para la provisión de servicios digitales, tales como sistemas operativos, plataformas de virtualización, contenedores, orquestación de servicios, plataformas de middleware, servidores de aplicaciones, entornos de ejecución y soluciones de gestión de infraestructuras en entornos tanto locales como cloud o híbridos.; La presente categoría tiene como finalidad incorporar al sistema educativo soluciones basadas en tecnologías avanzadas y emergentes, así como facilitar la experimentación, desarrollo, validación y adopción progresiva de nuevos modelos tecnológicos en los ámbitos educativo, organizativo y de gestión. Incluye soluciones de inteligencia artificial en sus distintas modalidades, tales como sistemas de generación de contenido, asistentes inteligentes, procesamiento del lenguaje natural, visión artificial, sistemas de recomendación, automatización inteligente de procesos y otras tecnologías análogas, aplicadas tanto al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje como a la mejora de la gestión y a la optimización de los servicios digitales.
