Establecer los requisitos y condiciones a que han de sujetarse los contratos basados del mismo para la instalación, conservación y desmontaje del alumbrado ornamental navideño en la Ciudad de Madrid, en los términos establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El presente Acuerdo Marco es mixto al incluir prestaciones correspondientes al contrato de servicios y de suministro en régimen de arrendamiento, siendo la prestación principal la del contrato de servicios, el régimen jurídico de la preparación y adjudicación se rige por el contrato de servicios. Instalación, conservación y desmontaje de cerezos y cadenetas en la zona interior a la M-30, así como la instalación, conservación y desmontaje de abetos, arcos y motivos luminosos de alumbrado ornamental tipo arco en la Ciudad de Madrid.; Instalación, conservación y desmontaje de cerezos y cadenetas en la zona exterior a la M-30 de la Ciudad de Madrid.
