El objeto del contrato -suministro de toxina botulínica tipo A- resulta idóneo y adecuado para cubrir las necesidadesasistenciales del centro, ya que este medicamento:• Está indicado en patologías como:• Blefarospasmo y espasmo hemifacial• Distonía cervical• Espasticidad en pacientes adultos y pediátricos• Migraña crónica• Hiperhidrosis severa• Incontinencia urinaria por vejiga neurógena o hiperactiva• Sialorrea crónica• Presenta un mecanismo de acción específico, basado en la inhibición de la liberación de acetilcolina en launión neuromuscular, lo que permite el control de síntomas incapacitantes y mejora significativa de la calidad devida de los pacientes.Por tanto, se trata de un suministro imprescindible, recurrente y clínicamente justificado. toxina botulinica (doe) tipo A en blefarospamo, tortícolis espasmódica; toxina botulinica (doe) tipo A en blefarospamo, espasmo hemifacial, di; toxina botulinica (doe) tipo A en espasticidad focal del tobillo y pie
