Description

Prestación de servicios de Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y evolutivo de sistemas informáticos, incluyendo el correspondiente soporte a las labores de formación y asesoramiento al personal del Ayuntamiento en todo lo relacionado con la gestión y funcionamiento de las aplicaciones informáticas asociadas a su trabajo. Así mismo se implementará un Centro de contingencia (Disaster Recovery) e implantación de un sistema de backup específico. El trabajo se desarrollará presencialmente en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Llanes. Por consiguiente, el objeto del presente contrato de servicios abarca una serie de tareas de asistencia técnica que se agrupan en dos capítulos principales: 1) Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y evolutivo de sistemas informáticos, incluyendo el correspondiente soporte a usuarios. 2) Centro de contingencia (Disaster Recovery) e implantación de un sistema de backup específico.
