Description

El objeto del contrato es la realización del conjunto de actividades precisas y necesarias para el mantenimiento y soporte del Sistema de gestión ERP de Aljarafesa (abreviadamente ERP), basado en la plataforma tecnológica Oracle JD Edwards 9.2. Con este servicio se acometerán todas las tareas de mantenimiento necesarias para satisfacer las necesidades que puedan surgirle a Aljarafesa en relación con el ERP, debiéndose incluso dotar al sistema de nuevos módulos y de la capacidad necesaria a fin de garantizar su completa funcionalidad y su correcta operatividad. En su caso, deberá incluirse un servicio de consultoría y soporte para aspectos técnicos y de formación. El detalle, las características y la forma de prestación se encuentra contenido en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas que rige la presente contratación.
