Description

La actuación principal se centra en la instalación de un sistema de entoldado que proporcionará una cubierta de sombra eficaz durante los periodos de mayor insolación del año. Este sistema estará compuesto por toldos y velas tensadas. Soportados por una infraestructura de cables de acero, anclajes estratégicamente ubicados en fachadas y la ejecución de báculos metálicos con su correspondiente obra civil de cimentación. Su objeto fundamental es transformar la calle Mairena en un espacio urbano más confortable, habitable y resiliente frente a las altas temperatura. Las dimensiones de los toldos a fabricar, las características técnicas de los materiales y sistemas a emplear, las ubicaciones, las pruebas y ensayos que deben satisfacerse, así como los aspectos económicos del contrato como los precios unitarios y descompuestos, las mediciones y presupuestos parciales, aparecen recogidos en el Proyecto técnico aprobado mediante Resolución del Concejal Delegado de fecha 10 de diciembre de 2025 con CSV: (9NGH9GPR6AZ3ER7WMF7M62SQ), validación en http://ciudadalcala.sedelectronica.es.
