Description

El objeto del contrato es el suministro fondeo, instalación y puesta en marcha, en modalidad llave en mano, de una boya meteo oceanográfica completa para la monitorización ambiental de las obras de la Reordenación Sur del Puerto de Barcelona, incluyendo la estructura flotante, el sistema de fondeo, la instrumentación meteorológica y oceanográfica, los sistemas de adquisición, almacenamiento, y transmisión de datos, los sistemas de alimentación energética, los programas informativos de supervisión y gestión, la formación al personal de la APB, la instrumentación de reposición y cuantos elementos auxiliares resulten necesarios para su correcto funcionamiento. El contrato por tanto tiene el carácter de contrato mixto en los términos previstos en el art. 18 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contractos del Sector Público, cumpliéndose lo dispuesto en el art. 34.2 de la misma Ley, por tratarse de prestaciones directamente vinculadas entre sí que mantienen relaciones de complementariedad que exigen su consideración y tratamiento como una unidad funcional. Asimismo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 18.1.a) de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, siendo la prestación principal los suministros, por ser su valor estimado superior al de los servicios, de conformidad con el desglose contenido en el apartado B del presente Cuadro Resumen de Características, se aplicarán las normas relativas a los contratos de suministros.
