Description

Renting de 30 equipos multifunción para fotocopiar, imprimir i escanear documentos. El contrato, al margen del renting de los equipos multifunción , incluirá la instalación inicial de los equipos en las ubicaciones indicadas, el suministro de tóner y el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las máquinas: suministro y sustitución de piezas averiadas así como el desplazamiento y mano de obra necesaria para cualquiera de las operaciones anteriores. Formación básica para usuarios : Por el correcto uso de los dispositivos y sus funcionalidades básicas. Esta formación se realizará en cada departamento o edificio donde se haya instalado un equipo. Formación para técnicos : Para las configuraciones avanzadas y monitorización de los equipos. Esta formación irá destinada a los técnicos del departamento de informática del Ayuntamiento. Además, el licitador deberá proporcionar en formato electrónico un manual de uso de los equipos suministrados.
