Description

Constituye el objeto del presente pliego establecer el régimen jurídico del contrato de suministro denominado, ″SUMINISTRO DE MATERIAL DE FERRETERÍA, MATERIAL DE OBRAS Y OTROS”, dividido en 5 LOTES. El objeto del presente contrato será la adquisición de material de ferretería, material para obras y otros, a fin de llevar a cabo el correcto desarrollo de las funciones propias atribuidas al Ayuntamiento de Antigua, pues tales suministros se presentan como necesarios debido al importante protagonismo que posee la adquisición de estos materiales para el correcto desarrollo de las funciones del Ayuntamiento. El presente contrato comprenderá la totalidad de los suministros, prestaciones y actuaciones previstas y definidas en el Pliego de prescripciones Técnicas Particulares. Es cometido de este Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares fijar las cláusulas que han de regir el contrato, conforme a las especificaciones de este pliego, y demás documentación técnica obrante en el expediente.
