Description

El Ayuntamiento de Deifontes pretende cubrir la necesidad de llevar a cabo de forma adecuada la gestión que tiene encomendada de la explotación, mantenimiento y conservación de la EDAR y las Estaciones de Bombeo EBAR I y II comprendidas en el objeto del presente contrato. Dicha gestión contempla la explotación y mantenimiento de dichas instalaciones así como la gestión de los residuos que se generan en las mismas, con el objetivo medioambiental de dar tratamiento a las aguas residuales y retornarlas al medio receptor en las condiciones adecuadas. En este sentido, se justifica la necesidad del contrato dada la insuficiencia, falta de adecuación y conveniencia de no ampliación de los medios humanos y materiales con los que cuenta el Ayuntamiento para cubrir las necesidades que se trata de satisfacer a través del contrato, siendo por tanto necesaria la contratación del servicio de referencia con empresas debidamente capacitadas que cuenten con los medios personales y materiales o técnicos suficientes para ello.
